This summer, you can take a free guided sightseeing tour of Warsaw's Praga district in a historic streetcar. The route has been prepared by a Warsaw culture expert specializing in Praga. The programme abounds with interesting facts and anecdotes.
The rides start every Saturday in July and August at 10 a.m., noon and 2 p.m. at Narutowicza Square. The tram route runs along Jerozolimskie Avenue across Poniatowskiego Bridge to the Praga part of Warsaw, riding down Zieleniecka Avenue and Targowa and Kijowska streets through the Michalow and Szmulowizna quarters to the Kaweczynska terminus. It then returns to Targowa Street and crosses the center of Old Praga to Wilenski Square. The final stop is near the Praski Park.
