Located in close proximity to the Warsaw University Library, Czuly Barbarzynca (in Polish "The Gentle Barbarian") is a modern cafe bookshop with homely and a bit intellectual ambience. The tables are surrounded by bookshelves or located on a little mezzanine. They serve nice coffees and home-made cakes. In the evenings there are often discussions with authors, as well as poetry readings, exhibitions and small concerts.
