The house is located in Ochota quarter, at the heart of Warsaw, in the middle of Kolonia Staszica - one of the most beautiful and prestigious parts of Warsaw, known for its traditional architecture and pleasant atmosphere of old residential area. Kolonia Staszica was built in 1920s and the whole district is found as a architectural relic of Warsaw: many famous people have lived there, such as former president of Poland, Ignacy Mo�cicki.

Although it is a peaceful residential area, it is very close to the city Center: about 12 minutes walk from the Central Railway Station, 5 minutes walk to the Warsaw University of Technology, 10 minutes walk to the nearest Subway Station, 100 meters to the nearest bus stop, and 300 meters to the nearest streetcar stop.
