WATCH DOCS. Human Rights in Film

Warsaw's Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights hosts WATCH DOCS, a festival that explores Human Rights issues in film.
Founded in 2001, when around 3500 people watched 17 films, the festival now shows some 70 movies, from documentaries and fiction to shorts, and attracts audiences of 15,000. The films also serve as the starting point for debates conducted by a panel of specialists in the field of human rights, including NGOs from as far away as Africa and, often, directors of the films.
The entrance to all screenings is free. For full details, please visit the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights website: www.hfhrpol.waw.pl
