The inside of the hotel is lovely. The reception is understaffed so expect a queue. The aircon didn\'t work in the room and the window only opened a crack so we woke up in a VERY hot room. They are very strict about the 2pm checkin so don\'t turn up hopefully at midday as we did as you will be waiting 2 hours. |

Part of the reception staff was unfriendly - almost rude - but fortunately there was a lady (Jadviga I think) who with here superior spirit, humour and service saved it all. A warm greeting and thanks to her !
There was some trouble in the hotel finding our reservation and also we were asked to pay for it too. I had to be persistant until they were convinced. This has never happened and we have used TravelPoland\'s excellent service many times before. Well, first time is the first time. |

room was fine, however, the service at the reception reminds me of the typical \"ORBIS\" hotel from 80\'s. I was not able to make oustide call from my hotel room as well as use the.mini bar. As I was informed during the check out ( when complained) it was due to price for the hotel being paid. Wish I was informed about that prior to checking in. |

The only problem was with the unfriendly, unwelcoming receptionist, Alexandra, a young woman, otherwise my stay with the hotel was good. I had excellent service at the cafe for lunch, the waiter was very pleasant. |
