8	Everything was very neat and proper. I really liked the possibility to open the window because I like to sleep in fresh air. No complaints. The customer friendliness was also fine.

4	Definitely the poorest 4star hotel I have been in Warsaw. Infrastructure fine, the staff unfriendly, none has a smile on their faces. Will definitely not return.
