Please ignore the food item as food was not included. I found only 2 drawbacks : NO cordless kettle in the room 2. TV- POOR RECEPTION

the staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful, there was some mox up with booking, apparently i booked a single room instead of double, but the staff wasn\'t willing to come up with a solution... we need to offer what to do in that situation, staff seemed to be uninterested

This hotel was good value and its position beside so many trams made travel into the centre very easy. The service was good. The breakfast was a little disappointing with less variety than we experienced in some cheaper hotels.
