9	The hotel was excellent except for two problems: 1) The TV did not work and was not fixed even after I told the front desk. 2) The bellboy did not come on one occasion even thoiugh this had been scheduled. Despite these issues, I still found this hotel to be very good and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

8.4	Food, like all hotels, was very expensive. Because it was New Years, everything else was closed so I had to eat there. That said, minus the price, it was great food. Would stay there again and recommend it to friends.

8	Hotel has a good situation in the city, near the palace of culure (10 min walk), main streets (10 min walk), old town (20 min walk), airport (30 min by taxi). Comfortable room, great service, excellent breakfast.

A superb hotel, only drawback if any, is the location$1 We did not mind walking a bit, though. We were upgraded to business-class, free of charge! Spacious, spotless &clean, delicate rooms. Breakfast is excellent, a great variety of choice, presented in a very nice way. Friendly, and helpful staff, and a great pool and gym, I definitely recommend SAS Radisson, it\'s an excellent hotel! Warsaw a nice city full of surprises, we\'ll be back, and of course stay at the SAS Radisson. This was our second stay at the hotel. Next time I\'ll make sure to have money left for a TIP, it was very embarrassing to leave without being able to tip the helpful staff, getting us into the taxi!

8	Nice hotel for their competitive prices. Could do with free parking though as it works out expensive even if it pushed the price up slightly or cheaper parking. Only quibble about the food was the bacon was overcooked and crispy. Service was very good and staff pleasant and helpful.

8.8	The only problem with the accomodation was the bed situation. I had requested a double bed but was only able to get 2 single beds for myself and my husband. This was most unsatisfactory. However, the desk staff, bellboys, and housekeeping were exceptional...Thanks for a nice vacation. Audrey Renee Payton

What are you doing with the lost goods of your visitors? Are you using them? I couldn't understand how come but as I told the receptionist that I forgot 3 of my shirts in the room when we were back to Warsaw and back to Radisson for the second check in after 4 days, he couldnt find my information and he told me that we have never been in that Hotel!!!!!!!!!!! No problem, I can handle without those shirts for the rest of my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

9.2	A comfortable, clean, efficient hotel. The gym and swiming facilities were particularly good. I have stayed there on three visits to Warsaw; on future visits I will not bother to look for alternatives, as this hotel fits my needs perfectly.

8.2	As I have booked and asked for an Italian style room with a double bed, I got a Scandinavian style one with 2 single beds, so there is an obvious room for improvements! Nevertheless, the hotel standard is OK but not the best in Warsaw for sure!

I think that your maid should not come in to the room when is occupied. For me is it strange that they not know if its occupied or not! Thats the first time I ever heard of, that they are comming in, even if its occupied. Maybe its normal in SAS-hotel in Warszawa??????? Cause to me it happen 2 times in less than 16 hours... Lucky for me I closed the door the second time... This I find unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will tell my friends and collegas how you do it in Warszawa, not care if the room is taken or not! And in the morning at 05. january, I hoped for some peace right before I should check out, but also then the MAID had to try to enter my room, so I found it better to check OUT then be at this hotelroom. So next time I come to Warszawa, I think I will find another hotel.

8.6	Those who expect a 5 star hotel will be disappointed. My opinion the hotel and the room was even 4 star. The service was very polite and fast. There was some trouble with check in but not very serious.
