The Boutique B&B is nicely located (10-15 minutes walk to Old Town) and the service was very good. The staff were helpful getting us oriented to Warsaw and to its public transportation system. The room furnishings were a bit sparse/dated, but reasonably comfortable. Breakfast was nicely prepared with adequate choices. For the price, the B&B is very good value.
